Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), institutional investors, and corporate clients, and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales:
Identify potential clients (HNIs, investors, corporate clients) and generate leads.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Negotiate deals and close transactions effectively.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Provide advisory and consulting services to clients on property investments.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Market Research & Analysis:
Analyse market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
Present insights and recommendations to management for business growth.
Keep up-to-date with regulatory and economic trends affecting real estate.
4. Branding & Networking:
Represent the company at industry events, networking meets, and business expos.
Collaborate with marketing teams for brand positioning and promotional activities.
Key Requirements:
✅ MBA/PGDM from IIMs or other top-tier business schools.
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office, and sales analytics.
✅ Knowledge of real estate trends, legal regulations, and investment advisory is a plus.
