This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining regular communication through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.• Updates and Reporting: Provide clients with timely updates on project statuses, developments, and any changes that may impact their accounts.• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly, escalating matters to the appropriate team members when necessary.• Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and relay it to internal teams for continuous improvement of services.• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, updates, and feedback in the CRM system.• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and technical departments, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Experience :• 2-5 years of experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
