Summary:
· Manage a portfolio of inactive customers in the 15-90 bucket.
· Make 15 visits/day
· Achieve monthly targets:
-Renewal/CPE recovery per customer interaction
- Total target: 50 renewals & 50 CPE recoveries
Focus on HFC, MEN and G-PON sharing base for recharge only.
· Ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM system.
· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Maintain customer relationships to prevent further churn.
Required Skills & Knowledge
1. 1-2 years of experience in customer retention, sales, or telecom industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
4. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
5. Familiarity with CRM software.
6. Telecommunications industry knowledge.
7. Experience in customer service or retention.
8. Local language proficiency.
