Inform customers about product & services
Handle inbound & outbound calls
Understand customer's need & solve queries

8 Job Description (in brief) ·Making daily calls to new customers & introduce, promote our products & get enquiry.
·Schedule meetings for our sales Team for personnel visit.
·Social media promotion of various brands.
·Coordinate with various customers, suppliers, team & warehouse.
· Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
· Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
· Managing pan India delivery (Address verification, documentation & POD submission)
· Meeting alignment with customer & supplier.
· Maintaining MIS report customer wise.
· Managing and executing sales and purchase related activities.
