The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support & Coordination:-Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and client communication.-Maintain accurate records of sales leads, customer accounts, and order statuses.-Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, payments, and order fulfillment.-Coordinate with the logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.Administrative & Reporting Duties:-Prepare and update sales reports, presentations, and dashboards.-Maintain customer databases, contracts, and records.-Handle incoming calls, emails, and requests related to sales inquiries.-Assist in preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and marketing strategies.Customer Relationship Management:-Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly.-Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and product demonstrations.-Support the team in managing after-sales service and customer satisfaction initiatives.RequirementsEducation & Experience:-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.-1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or a related role.-Experience in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.About CompanyThe New Ball Bearing Co.
