SALES COORDINATOR

As a Sales Co-Ordinator you should be able to communicate with Sales Managers & Executives on day-to-day basis.
This position reports to the CEO- Sales but also works closely with the Account Managers, Marketing, Operations. This role sites within the sales operations team which interacts with the entire sales organization and is responsible for enhancing the overall operating efficiency and excellence of the sales function.

Job description

1. Serve as the company’s first point of contact via phone and email for all Sales team.
2. Knowledge of each account manager’s territory and assign leads accordingly as well as direct customer communication to the assigned representative.
3. Maintain reporting within BEAT ROUTE APP, internal order management systems & Excel documentation.
4. Reconcile and verify PRIMARY SALES, SECONDARY SALES, PAYEMENTS, CLAIMS.
5. Attendees and actively participates in departmental meetings.
6. Collaborate with senior sales staff to create and maintain sales reports.
7. Establish active communication and engage with Sales Representatives to ensure prompt processing of orders.
8. Contribute to overall distributor satisfaction by promptly responding to communications.
9. Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking of products dispatched.
10. Support senior management by informing Distributors about delivery dates and possible delays.
11. Arrange for creation and distribution of supporting documents and presentations to help the sales team in generating business leads.
12. Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the management.
13. Excellent in TD/DA calculation & stature
14. Must have worked with distributor or in distributor chain.
