Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, promoting our travel packages, and converting leads into sales. If you are passionate about travel, have excellent communication skills, and a knack for sales, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided leads database.
Understand customer travel preferences and suggest suitable holiday packages.
Provide detailed information about destinations, itineraries, and package inclusions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales in the CRM system.
Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and offers to enhance sales pitches.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role (preferably in the travel industry).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Passion for travel and knowledge of popular tourist destinations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
