We’re looking for a Sales Associate who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets.

Job Description: 

• Insurance sales managers direct the sales activities of an insurance company. 

• Sales manager must motivate his team of Insurance Agents to generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs 

• Sales of life policies of through the agency model. 

• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team 

• Generate new business leads through various sources such as cold calls, networking events, and referrals. 

• To meet agents on regular basis and maintaining records

•  Qualification: Graduate 

• Experience: 2+ years in Any Field of Sales 

•  Age: Min 21 Years - Max 38 Years 

•  Two Wheeler Required 

• Must be Local
