Job Description:
Jungle Adventure Park is seeking a friendly and organized female Receptionist/Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for children and their parents. Your responsibilities will include managing the front desk, handling customer inquiries, processing bookings, and ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of operations.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and Welcoming Guests: Warmly welcome children and their parents/guardians, providing a positive first impression.
Front Desk Management: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Handling Inquiries: Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in person, via email, and WhatsApp, providing accurate information about our facilities, services, and pricing.
Booking Management: Process bookings for general entry, birthday parties, and other events, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Payment Processing: Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.
Customer Service: Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions.
Managing Entry and Exit: Ensure smooth entry and exit of guests, verifying bookings and wristbands.
Providing Information: Provide information about park rules, safety guidelines, and available amenities.
Assisting with Party Coordination: Assist with the coordination of birthday parties and other events, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
General Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Maintaining Supplies: Monitor and replenish front desk supplies, such as forms, brochures, and wristbands.
Communicating with Staff: Relay important information to other staff members, ensuring effective communication.
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly and approachable demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.).
Familiarity with WhatsApp for business communication.
Ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
Prior experience in a receptionist or front office role is preferred.
Understanding of the needs and interests of parents with young children is a plus.
Fluency in local language and English.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Salary: Based on experience and interview performance.
