Job Responsibility
• Advise clients on travel destinations, itineraries, and travel options.
• Create customized travel plans based on client preferences, budget, and requirements.
• Book and arrange flights, accommodations, car rentals, and activities for clients.
• Provide detailed information on visa requirements, local attractions, and travel safety.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve travel-related issues or concerns.
• Promote and sell travel packages, tours, and additional services to clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, destination knowledge, and travel promotions.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers like airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
• Ensure the smooth execution of client travel by coordinating all aspects of the trip.
• Follow up with clients post-travel for feedback and future booking opportunities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years in sales or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet targets and upsell travel products.
• Proficient in booking systems and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory
