Job Summary:
We are seeking a Resale Executive to manage and drive resale transactions in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the secondary real estate market. You will be responsible for sourcing resale properties, connecting with potential buyers and sellers, and ensuring a seamless transaction process.
Key Responsibilities:
− Property Resale Management: Identify and list pre-owned residential and commercial properties for resale.
− Client Handling: Assist property owners in selling their assets and help buyers find suitable resale properties.
− Market Analysis: Research and analyze real estate trends, property values, and competitor pricing.
− Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate pricing and terms between buyers and sellers to close deals efficiently.
− Legal & Documentation Support: Ensure all necessary paperwork, agreements, and compliance requirements are met.
− Customer Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
− Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate or related field.
− 1-4 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in resale transactions.
− Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
− Understanding of the local real estate market, legal procedures, and property valuation
− Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, online property listing platforms
− Driving License
