We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Sales & Marketing Executive to become a valuable part of our team for Evershine Recruitment Services based in Gurgaon, located at Sector 48 Gurgaon. The role offers ₹18000 - ₹21000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to Loan/ Credit Card. Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with 1-3 years of experience in customer service or telecalling, who are proficient in any language. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A Graduate is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
