Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to current and potential donors to inform them about our programs and initiatives.

• Engage in friendly conversations with supporters to build rapport and gather feedback about our organization.

• Manage a call list, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining donor relationships over the phone.

• Educate potential donors about the impact of their contributions and how they can help us achieve our goals.

• Assist in scheduling meetings or events for further engagement with prospective supporters.

• Keep accurate records of calls made, responses received, and any relevant notes in our database.

• Collaborate with team members to create effective communication strategies and improve outreach efforts.
  
  Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and engaging demeanor.

  • Passion for nonprofit work and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the community.

  • Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or fundraising is preferred but not required.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks.

  • Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with others throughout conversations.

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with call center software and data entry.

  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn about our organization and its mission.
