Job Title: Pre Sales - Gated Community High rise buildings
•Must work on Saturday and Sunday (One day week off will be Monday or Tuesday)
Location: Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the construction industry.
Introduce company services and products to potential clients over the phone.
Understand client needs and effectively communicate how our services can meet those needs.
Schedule appointments for our sales representatives to meet with prospective clients.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the database.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and information.
Meet weekly and monthly targets for call volume, appointment setting, and conversion rates.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar sales/customer service role, preferably in the construction industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients over the phone.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
