Job Responsibilities:

• Client Handling: Engage with clients to promote and rent out EV 2-wheelers.

• Recruitment: Recruit riders for delivery services like Zepto, Blinkit, Zomato, Swiggy, etc.

• Field Work: Conduct fieldwork to ensure the successful hiring of riders in the Haridwar and Dehradun regions.

• Telecalling: Manage telephonic communication with potential candidates and clients.

• Scooter Rental Process: Coordinate with clients and ensure the smooth renting of 2-wheeler scooters to riders.

• Maintain records of all client interactions and recruitments.

• Ensure that all processes are aligned with company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Experience in telecalling, sales, or recruitment is preferred.

• Ability to work in a target-based and field-oriented role.

• Prior knowledge of the EV industry or experience with delivery platforms like Zepto, Blinkit, Zomato, Swiggy is a plus.
