This role is crucial for minimizing bad debts and ensuring a smooth financial process. Key Responsibilities: • Contact customers for pending or overdue payments through calls, emails, and messages. • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and payment statuses. • Follow up with clients to ensure timely repayments. • Address customer queries and provide solutions regarding payment schedules. • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve disputes and escalate issues when necessary. • Adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance while dealing with customers. • Provide daily reports on collections and outstanding amounts. Skills & Qualifications: • Mandatory: Proficiency in English and Hindi (both spoken and written). • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Ability to handle objections and convince customers professionally. • Knowledge of financial products and lending platforms is an added advantage. • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills. • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
