Job Description
· Monitoring and analysis of alarms and trouble ticketing data Realtime at the monitoring application including VNOC on a 24 x 7 basis
· Escalation to the field technicians and Telecom field team (as per the escalation matrix).
· All defined Infra alarms to be terminated at all sites and must be reflected in respective portal and VNOC.
· Coordination with SPOC for fault rectification in monitoring system.
· Communication to relevant teams regarding the maintenance window of VNOC or portal
· Tracking and maintaining the trouble tickets database based on the network alarm —
· a.Estate/ Access Issues
o b. Security Issues
o c. Landlord Issues
o d.EB Related Issues
o e.Site Hygiene etc.
o f.SMPS faults
o g.DG faults
o h.Other Infra faults
· Tracking and closure of all CM and PM in portals and trackers.
· Generation / closure of TTs (Critical/major/Minor) for Service Provider for fault rectification of their respective equipment as per SLA matrix.
· Record of each alarm & its escalation to be maintain for 2 months.
· Fetching of report from portal & upload of data to VNOC portal at defined intervals track the same.
Qualifications and skillset:
· Should have working knowledge of the NOC operations or other telecom related operations
· Should have basic computer knowledge
· Should be able to communicate in local language and English
· Be able to work in various shifts (including night shift)
· Be able to collaborate and take end to end responsibility of the assigned tasks
