We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Community Operation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will connect with potential riders, provide them with detailed product information, address their concerns, and ensure a seamless experience. Your efforts will play a crucial role in building trust and maintaining a high level of engagement with riders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling: ○ Make proactive outbound calls to potential riders to introduce and explain our product offerings. ○ Effectively communicate the benefits and features of the product to encourage rider sign-ups.
2. Customer Support: ○ Respond promptly to rider inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction. ○ Maintain a positive and professional attitude when addressing rider concerns.
3. Lead Management and Follow-Up: ○ Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and convert potential riders into active users. ○ Build and sustain strong relationships to maintain engagement and loyalty.
4. Target Achievement: ○ Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets. ○ Consistently strive to improve performance metrics and contribute to team goals.
Candidate Profile:
Should have minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling,
Should be fluent in hindi
Should flexible with 6 days working
Should be a immediate joiner
