Key Responsibilities:
Make Sales Calls: Call potential customers, explain our products or services, and encourage them to make a purchase.
Generate Leads: Find new customers by identifying and qualifying leads.
Build Relationships: Talk to customers, understand their needs, and suggest the best products or services.
Meet Sales Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Learn About Products: Stay informed about what we offer so you can answer questions and explain the benefits.
Customer Support: Answer customer questions and follow up on their needs.
Record Sales Activity: Keep accurate records of your calls and sales in the system.
Report Sales Progress: Update the team or manager on how many sales you’ve made and other important information.
Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in telesales or a customer service role.
Strong communication skills and the ability to talk to customers confidently.
Good at building relationships and convincing people to buy.
Goal-driven and able to meet sales targets.
Basic knowledge of CRM or sales software is a plus.
Positive attitude and resilience to handle challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in telesales or sales for similar products/services is a plus.
Basic understanding of sales techniques.
