Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with fresher years of experience in customer service or telecalling, who are proficient in Hindi. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A Above 10th Std is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift and 1 Day Rotational Week off.
