Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and dedicated Tele Counselor to join our team in Hyderabad. As a Tele Counselor, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth by making outbound calls to prospective students, guiding them through our range of courses, and inviting them for demo classes at our office. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students take the next step in their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students to inform them about the company’s courses and offerings.
Understand the needs of students and guide them in selecting the best-fit courses.
Provide detailed information about course structures, schedules, and other relevant details.
Invite prospective students to the office for demo classes and ensure they have a positive first experience.
Follow up on leads and maintain a steady pipeline of interested candidates.
Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding all company products and services.
Achieve monthly targets set by the team leader/manager.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and inquiries in the CRM system.
Answer student queries promptly and provide effective solutions.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 6 months of experience in tele sales, inside sales, or a similar role.
Strong fluency in Telugu and English (both spoken and written) is a must.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain course offerings clearly and effectively.
Prior experience in outbound calling and handling customer inquiries will be an added advantage.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Strong interpersonal and listening skills to understand student needs and provide relevant solutions.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).
