Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and inform them about products/services. Handle inbound customer queries and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain customer data and update records in the system. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Maintain a positive and professional approach while interacting with customers.Address customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.Required Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Good listening and persuasive skills.Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software.Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.Educational Qualifications:Minimum Qualification: High School (10+2) or equivalent.Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).Additional certification in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is an advantage.
