KR Sunilkumar Advocate is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in communicating with potential and existing clients, gathering information, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to manage client inquiries, promote our legal services, and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication.
Client Communication: Make outbound calls to clients, addressing inquiries and offering details of legal services offered by KR Sunilkumar Advocate.
Appointment Scheduling: Schedule consultations for clients with the relevant legal team members.
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and provide them with information on services offered.
Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with existing and prospective clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure continued engagement.
Maintain Records: Accurately maintain client records and update databases with call details, appointments, and feedback.
Customer Service: Resolve client issues and concerns, providing prompt solutions or escalating issues to the appropriate department.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on calls, appointments, and client feedback to the management.
Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the legal team to ensure client needs are effectively communicated and met.
Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in [Insert Language(s)] with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and engage clients over the phone while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
Customer Focus: A passion for providing exceptional customer service and addressing client concerns.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle client inquiries in a timely manner.
Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM systems.
A background or interest in the legal field is a plus, but not mandatory.
Familiarity with legal terminology or processes would be an added advantage.
