Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain and update the candidate database.
Handle salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
