We are looking for a Tele caller to coordinate with stakeholders, including fertilizer retailers, companies, and government officials, ensuring smooth implementation of the DBT fertilizer subsidy system for Narmada Bio Chem Limited based in Ahmedabad. The role involves making outbound calls to assist, inform, and resolve queries related to the subsidy process.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to retailers, fertilizer companies, and officials regarding DBT implementation.
Provide guidance on POS transactions and subsidy claims.
Resolve stakeholder queries and escalate issues when necessary.
Collect feedback and prepare reports on challenges faced in DBT operations.
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-up actions.
Job Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with 2-6 years of experience in customer service or tele calling, who are proficient in Hindi, Gujarati. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A Graduate is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
