We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting and selling products or services, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a goal-oriented attitude.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their inquiries or concerns.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Follow up on leads and customer queries promptly.
Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure to meet targets.
Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is a plus.
Basic computer skills (knowledge of CRM software is an advantage).
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
