The role offers ₹12000 - ₹18000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to BPO. Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with 0.5-3 years of experience in customer service or telecalling, who are proficient in Telugu, Kannada. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A Below 10th is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
