1. Recover outstanding payments from customers, ensuring timely collection and maintaining healthy cash flow for the organization, while also maintaining positive customer relationships. 

2. Identifying and Contacting Customers with Outstanding Debts

3. Negotiating Payment Plans

4. Managing Overdue Accounts
