This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to the Automobile industry. • Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in English, Hindi & Gujarati languages. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires a minimum graduation, and the candidate should be willing to work Monday to Saturday during the Day shift.
