This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to loans collection. Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in Hindi, Marathi. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires 10th Pass, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
