Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have 0.5-2 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in Hindi, Gujarati. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Below 10th, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
