Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Telecalling Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to engage with potential clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers, promoting Trabliss Holidays' travel packages and services.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Provide information on holiday packages, discounts, and offers.
Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team growth.
Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or sales (preferably in the travel industry).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office.
