Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Social Media Manager to join our team. This role involves managing our
social media operations with a focus on supporting our US-based clients. You will handle all social media
interactions through chat-based processes, focusing on engagement and campaigns, without the need for phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media strategies to boost our authors' online visibility.
• Manage daily activities on platforms such as Instagram, including posts and interactions with followers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that social media strategies align with overall promotional
objectives.
• Analyze social media performance to optimize campaigns continuously.
• Stay abreast of the latest social media trends and practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in managing Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with US clients via
chat.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Desired Skills:
• Background in the publishing or marketing industry is advantageous.
• Knowledge of US market trends and consumer behavior.
Salary and Benefits:
• A competitive in-hand salary ranging from ₹17,000 to ₹20,000 per month, based on experience and
qualifications.
