Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Resolve customer complaints, service requests, and queries within defined timelines.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Meet individual and team targets for customer satisfaction and call quality.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English / Hindi .
Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and weekends if required.
