About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and street-smart Recruiter to join our team and help scale our hyperlocal delivery operations. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding delivery boys and riders across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment of delivery staff (pool riders and exclusive riders)

• Sourcing candidates through field visits, referrals, WhatsApp groups, and local agencies

• Conducting telephonic and face-to-face interviews

• Coordinating with fleet managers and operations for onboarding and joining formalities

• Maintaining candidate database and daily hiring MIS

• Meeting weekly hiring targets as per operational demand

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in blue-collar recruitment (preferred)

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Comfortable traveling locally for field recruitment if needed

• Basic computer knowledge; should be able to use Excel/Google Sheets

• Own smartphone is a must
