Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Pickup and Delivery Executive to join our laundry service team. The Executive will be responsible for collecting garments from customers, ensuring proper handling, delivering cleaned clothes back on time, and maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick up dirty laundry and deliver cleaned clothes to customers as per schedule.

Verify order details during pickup and delivery.

Ensure safe handling and proper packaging of all garments.

Maintain records of pickups and deliveries.

Communicate professionally with customers for any queries or issues.

Collect payments if required and update the status in the system.

Report any customer feedback or complaints to the supervisor.

Follow all company processes and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum 10th/12th pass or equivalent.

Prior experience in delivery/logistics preferred.

Good communication skills.

Ability to use a smartphone for updating pickup and delivery status.

Own two-wheeler (preferred) with valid driving license.

Punctual, honest, and customer-focused attitude.

Work Location:

(Location-Malleshwaram, Bangalore)

Working Days:

6 days a week (weekly off)
