Come up with innovative digital marketing campaigns & strategies
Run ads & measure performance of campaigns
Improve company's social media presence
Identify trends and optimize spends based on insights

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and online engagement.
Manage and oversee social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance audience engagement and drive traffic.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
Create and manage content for websites, blogs, email newsletters, and social media platforms.
Plan and execute paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as ROI, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
Collaborate with other teams (design, content, sales) to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital space.
Monitor competitors and adjust strategies to stay ahead in the industry.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content marketing).
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
