Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive

Position: Digital Marketing Executive
Experience: 1-2 years in Digital Marketing (or related field)
Location: Perungudi, Chennai
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Copywriting: Produce high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for blogs, social media platforms, website pages, and email marketing campaigns. Craft persuasive copy that aligns with brand tone and resonates with target audiences.
Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Develop and schedule posts, track performance, and engage with the community.
SEO Implementation: Assist in optimizing website content, blog posts, and landing pages to improve organic search visibility. Conduct keyword research and contribute to the development of SEO strategies.
Email Campaigns: Help create email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional content. Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and other performance metrics to continuously improve results.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and website traffic using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email campaign analytics.
Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels. Coordinate with other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging tools to ensure the company’s marketing strategy is always evolving.
Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, copywriting or any other related field.
Content Creation & Copywriting: Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft engaging, well-researched content.
SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, and tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Social media: Experience managing and growing social media channels, with a focus on creating engaging content.
Email Marketing: Basic experience in creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
