Job description
Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Influencer Collaboration Intern to join our team. This role will focus on collaborating with influencers and celebrities, engaging in PR activities, and supporting our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and a keen interest in social media and influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Influencer and Celebrity Collaboration:

o Identify and research potential influencers, celebrities, and brand ambassadors who align with the brand values and aesthetics.

o Assist in reaching out to influencers and celebrities to propose collaboration opportunities.

o Coordinate and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring timely delivery of content and adherence to brand guidelines.

2. PR Activities:

o Assist in developing and executing PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

o Draft press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.

o Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, journalists, and bloggers.

3. Content Creation and Campaign Management:

o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas for influencer campaigns.

o Assist in the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including setting campaign goals, tracking performance, and reporting on outcomes.

o Ensure all content created by influencers aligns with the brand voice and image.

4. Social Media Engagement:

o Monitor social media platforms to identify trends and opportunities for influencer engagement.

o Engage with influencer-generated content by liking, commenting, and sharing to enhance brand presence.

o Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the impact of influencer collaborations.

5. Event Support:

o Assist in planning and organizing brand events, influencer meet-ups, and PR activities.

o Coordinate event logistics, invitations, and follow-up communications.

Qualifications:

 Strong interest in fashion, social media, and influencer marketing.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).

 Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

 Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

 Prior experience or internships in influencer marketing, social media, or PR is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Knowledge of the fashion industry and current trends.

 Basic graphic design or video editing skills.

 Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and analytics.
