We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join AlgoGenix Pvt Ltd. in Noida, Sector 62. This role involves managing and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote our IT services, drive traffic, generate qualified leads, and build brand awareness. The ideal candidate should be passionate about marketing, well-versed in current digital trends, and skilled in creating and optimizing online campaigns. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 – ₹30,000/month, along with performance-based incentives and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and SEO.

Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns to generate quality leads for software development, mobile apps, and IT services.

Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and link-building activities.

Create engaging content for blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.

Analyze performance data using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and HubSpot to improve ROI.

Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure marketing assets align with branding.

Monitor competition and industry trends to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.

Job Requirements:
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field and 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing. A creative mindset, strong analytical abilities, and an understanding of the IT industry are key to success in this role. Proficiency in Google Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), Meta Ads Manager, email marketing tools, and content marketing is an added advantage.

Good to Have:
Experience in marketing IT/software services or B2B digital campaigns.

Knowledge of basic HTML, WordPress, or CMS platforms.

Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing (e.g., HubSpot, Meta Blueprint).
