About the Role:
We’re looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to scale numBer’s online
growth. You’ll be responsible for running campaigns across platforms like Meta and Google
Ads to drive sales and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram &
marketplaces.
• Monitor ROAS, CPC, CTR and CAC to ensure cost-effective growth.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives.
• A/B test ad copies, landing pages and targeting strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithm updates.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in performance marketing.
Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience with Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
Understanding of SEO, conversion rate optimization and retargeting strategies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data & make data-driven decisions.
