We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role involves managing the company’s SEO strategy and executing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms. The ideal candidate is data-driven, results-oriented, and well-versed in digital tools and trends.

Job Description :
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices across web pages and blog content.

Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headings, alt text, internal links) for better search engine visibility.

Improve technical SEO including site speed, mobile optimization, indexing, and crawlability.
Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Develop strategies to generate leads and boost conversions through paid ads and landing page optimization.

Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video editors to create effective ad creatives and marketing content.

Manage social media accounts, post content, and monitor engagement metrics.

Run email marketing campaigns and marketing automation sequences (newsletters, lead nurturing, etc.).

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing roles.

Strong understanding of both organic and paid digital marketing tactics.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.

Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking with a strong attention to detail and data-driven mindset.
