We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and the timely delivery of high-quality digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with both clients and internal teams, tracking project progress and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, responding to inquiries and providing project updates.
Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
Post engaging content on social media platforms using relevant hashtags.
Assist in creating, analyzing, and presenting campaign performance reports to clients.
Manage client documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Resolve client issues efficiently, focusing on maintaining high levels of satisfaction and client retention.
Support Account Managers in developing strategies for client growth and long-term success.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in client coordination, project management, or digital marketing.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to clearly convey information to clients and teams.
Highly organized, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media.
Experience with project management tools and processes.
