Job Title: Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month

Role & Responsibilities:
Social Media Management

Handle all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Plan and execute content calendars for consistent brand presence.
Monitor and engage with followers, respond to queries, and build brand engagement.
Stay updated with social media trends and implement them strategically.
Content Creation & Graphic Design

Design engaging creatives, posts, reels, and ads for social media.
Create high-quality brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
Edit property videos and photos for promotional content.
Ensure brand consistency in all visual content.
Marketing & Advertising

Run paid ad campaigns on social media platforms for lead generation.
Optimize ad performance and track campaign success.
Coordinate with the sales team for promotional campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting

Track performance metrics and generate reports.
Analyze engagement rates and adjust strategies accordingly.
Suggest improvements based on data insights.
Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in social media handling & graphic design.
✅ Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools.
✅ Knowledge of social media advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
✅ Excellent communication and creative skills.
✅ Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
