Job Title: Social Media Chat Process Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Social Media Chat Process Executive to manage real-time customer interactions across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and engaging with our online community in a professional and brand-consistent manner.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp, etc.).

Manage multiple chat windows simultaneously with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team and follow up until resolution.


Monitor comments, messages, and mentions for customer sentiment and feedback.

Document interactions and update customer records accurately.

Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Suggest improvements to FAQs and canned responses based on chat interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications


Strong multitasking and time management abilities.



Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain professionalism at all times.
