We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our social media presence across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to create engaging content, increase brand visibility, and drive traffic to our website and other online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to identify new opportunities for growth.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a positive community around the brand.
Content Creation:

Design and produce engaging visuals, videos, and other multimedia content for social media posts.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure content is consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.
Plan and execute creative campaigns and promotions.
Analytics & Reporting:

Track social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics platforms.
Prepare monthly reports on social media metrics and KPIs to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies.
Analyze competitor social media activity and industry trends to ensure the brand stays ahead.
Advertising:

Manage and execute paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, ad design, and performance tracking.
Optimize campaigns for better performance and ROI.
Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing objectives.
Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and other external partners to enhance the brand’s reach.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience managing social media accounts, with a solid understanding of various platforms and their audience.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
