The Service Engineer - Electrical is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services for electrical systems and equipment. This role involves responding to customer service requests, diagnosing electrical issues, and implementing effective solutions. The Service Engineer will also collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction and the efficient operation of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:Provide technical assistance and support to customers experiencing electrical issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to electrical systems, equipment, and components.
Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and communicate technical information effectively.

Installation and Maintenance:Install, inspect, and maintain electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Conduct routine maintenance to prevent system failures and reduce downtime.
Perform upgrades and modifications to electrical systems as required.

Field Service:Travel to customer sites to perform on-site troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance.
Coordinate with customers to schedule service visits and minimize disruption to their operations.
Provide training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of electrical systems.

Documentation:Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, work orders, and equipment documentation.
Document and communicate findings, solutions, and recommendations to customers and internal teams.

Collaboration:Work closely with other service engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams to address complex issues.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support during pre-sales activities.

Quality Assurance:Ensure that all service activities meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.
Conduct quality inspections and tests on electrical systems and components.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
