Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Design & Trend Research
• Research current fashion trends and consumer preferences.
• Conduct market research to identify new fabrics, techniques, and design inspirations.
• Develop mood boards, color stories, and present samples to buyers.

2. Product Development
• Create sketches and design concepts for new products.
• Develop clothing patterns for mass production.
• Select fabrics, trims, colors, and textures for each design.

3. Production & Manufacturing Management
• Oversee the entire production process of all garments.
• Manage day-to-day operations in manufacturing.
• Supervise prototype sampling, fittings, and final approvals.
• Ensure quality control and cost-effective production.
• Create and maintain cost sheets and product lists.

4. Operations & Vendor Management
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers.
• Negotiate fabric sourcing, pricing, and production timelines.
• Coordinate smooth workflow from design to finished product.

5. Pricing & Marketing Support
• Assist in determining pricing strategies for products.
• Oversee marketing and promotional activities for collections.
• Present designs and samples to buyers and stakeholders.





Requirements & Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience in fashion design, production management, and operations is
preferred.
• Strong understanding of fabric selection, garment construction, and production techniques.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills to oversee manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
