Recruit /Train advisors.
Act as a mentor, coach for the team to drive Business/Sales Targets
Focusing on advisor and retention.
Focus on Customer retention.
Generate sales leads through advisors by upselling and cross selling of product mix
Branch development through recruitment and social networking skills
Personal Attributes & Competencies
Strong leadership qualities and ability to mentor team advisors
Applicant must be excellent at selling skills and social networking skills
Should be well conversant in the local language and must have excellent communication skills
Threshold criteria
Educational Qualification Any graduation
Sales marketing experience preferred
Need at-least 6 Months sales of experience
Age criteria 21-38
