Job Title: Field Sales & Marketing/ Area Sales Manager / BDE
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up leads from marketing
- Identify new construction sites and meet with builders, architects, contractors, and interiors
- Understand customer needs and resolve issues
- Promote UPVC windows and doors, emphasizing value for money
- Develop relationships with trade associates, influencers, and customers
- Establish and follow sales procedures within designated territory
- Manage receivables and ensure commercial and statutory requirements are met
- Gather competitor intelligence and inform senior management
